Lianne Burwell (lianneb) | 14 comments December involves a lot of Christmasy reads. Currently I am reading Not A Creature Was Stirring by Jane Haddam (mystery), and plans are for Roan Parrish’s The Light of Knockbridge Lane (m/m romance from Harlequin last year), Murder Most Festive by Ada Moncrief (mystery), A Merry Little Meet Cute by Julie Murphy and Sierra Simone (romance during filming of a Hallmark movie) and finally, The Christmas Murder Game by Alexandra Benedict (mystery)

Here I am catching up again. I finished reading This Book Is Overdue! How Librarians and Cybrarians Can Save Us All by Marilyn Johnson which I thought was interesting - especially the part concerning The Patriot Act, and Attack of the Black Rectangles by Amy Sarig King Attack of the Black Rectangles which is YA book which deals with censorship and Revenge How Donald Trump Weaponized the US Department of Justice Against His Critics by Michael Cohen Revenge: How Donald Trump Weaponized the US Department of Justice Against His Critics I also listened to The Trump Tapes Bob Woodward's Twenty Interviews with President Donald Trump by Bob Woodward The Trump Tapes: Bob Woodward's Twenty Interviews with President Donald Trump which I think may finally cure my addiction to the books about the orange former toddler-in-chief (although, I will finish the ones I have already lined up, I just won't request any more.) and Newsroom Confidential Lessons (and Worries) from an Ink-Stained Life by Margaret Sullivan Newsroom Confidential: Lessons (and Worries) from an Ink-Stained Life
I'm now reading The Light We Carry Overcoming in Uncertain Times by Michelle Obama The Light We Carry: Overcoming in Uncertain Times and listening to Weapons of Mass Delusion How the Republican Party Became an Apocalyptic Cult and Brought America to the Brink by Robert Draper Weapons of Mass Delusion: How the Republican Party Became an Apocalyptic Cult and Brought America to the Brink

I finished listening to Weapons of Mass Delusion How the Republican Party Became an Apocalyptic Cult and Brought America to the Brink by Robert Draper Weapons of Mass Delusion: How the Republican Party Became an Apocalyptic Cult and Brought America to the Brink then moved on to (and finished)
To Light a Fire on the Earth: Proclaiming the Gospel in a Secular Age.
Now listening to Playing under the Piano by Hugh Bonneville.

(All evening I've been getting an error message "Search is temporarily unavailable. Use this time to read a book!' so I couldn't put up links.)
