Using Chrome: On the pop-up, right-click and click on 'Copy image address'. You have just copied the image URL.

Using IE: On the pop-up, right-lick and click on 'Properties'. A dialog box will pop up with 'Address (URL):' select and copy from "https://i.gr-assets...." to ".jpg"; it's rather long.

Then go to https://labs.tineye.com/color/, and 'Enter image URL' by pasting what you just copied and click 'Extract colors'.
