Jules is dispatched to Sarasota to take over Peggy’s case when she goes missing/out of communication while undercover. They suspected she was dead…did you? Was Jules’ guilt about it misplaced since she’d transferred to get away from him or understandable?

Anita (anitanodiva) | 2953 comments At first, I hoped they were just holding her hostage, but as we got to know the players and the game, I knew she was dead. Jules had nothing to do with Peggy's situation. This could have happened to her in any assignment. The fact she took the transfer to get away from Jules has nothing to do with what happened to her. His guilt over the situation is totally misplaced.

Robin (robinmy) | 2450 comments I was sure that Jules would eventually find Peggy. I figured they were holding her somewhere and trying to get information out of her. Jules has nothing to feel guilty about. He didn't make Peggy transfer. She chose to do it on her own.

Lauren (laurenjberman) | 1803 comments Jules' guilt was 100% misplaced. Peggy made her own choices out of her own prejudices. No one is to blame but her (and Gordy who killed her).

I wasn't sure Peggy was dead until the blood turned up in her room. Then I knew her cover was blown and she had been killed.

Sharon Kallenberger Marzola | 3474 comments I was hoping that Peggy wasn't dead. I suspected that she was being held captive and tortured. I wanted Jules to save her, and then they would become friendlier, but not friends. I realized she was dead once I saw how evil her captors were.

Poor Jules. He is a good man and felt guilty that Peggy might be dead. She was in that position because she couldn't recognize a good agent. Her jealousy and bigotry or whatever reason she used to justify her transferring, it was all on her.

I held out hope that Peg was alive until the maid shared that the room had been “sanitized.” She was dead and no longer useful to either of the Burns.

It was admirable that Jules felt bad about what happened to Peg but his guilt is completely misplaced. She was a grown woman who made a choice based on her own prejudices and he didn’t do anything to spur her on.
