Suzanna Williams | 2 comments Hi again, your email kept bouncing back. But here's the link to Ninety-five percent Human, my YA sci-fi romance. https://geni.us/NinetyfivePercentHuman
Let me know if you're interested. Thanks.

The Blurb
If he’d known that saving the girl would trigger an alien invasion, would he have done it? Hell, yeah! But can he save the human race?

Joe longs to rebuild his failing family farm. But despite the long hours he works in the fields, everyone tells him it’s a crazy impossible goal for a sixteen-year-old. Then he rescues a mysterious girl who urges him to fight for his dream, and Joe realises his ambitions might now include this quirky stranger.

Sarah has resolved to kill herself. She’s an alien/human hybrid sent by hostile aliens to test the viability of life on Earth, and she doesn’t want the death of the human race on her conscience. Scared and alone, she hurls herself into a raging river, only to be rescued by the cutest earth boy. Living on the most beautiful planet in the galaxy just got a whole lot more desirable.

Working side-by-side on the farm, Joe and Sarah grow closer. But when more aliens arrive and Sarah’s secret is revealed, will their love be enough to keep them together as they fight to save the world?

If you like laugh-out-loud humour, a fast-paced plot with plenty of unexpected twists and turns, and a splash of romance with your aliens, then you’ll fall in love with Ninety-five percent Human.

Maria Bouroncle | 6 comments Sukaina wrote: "Hi if somebody would like a review bof a thriller book. I have been reviewing on instagram and Goodreads. if anyone has a Kindle Unlimited book can post a review there too including my blog"

Hi Sukaina!
I’d like a review of my debut “It Came to Me on a Whim – The Story of Ingeborg Andersson, Child Murderess”, which was recently published in English. This fall it will be used on the Scandinavian Crime Literature course at UCLA.

“It Came to Me on a Whim” tells the story of my great-aunt who killed her three children at the age of twenty-seven in Sweden in 1929. Through exhaustive research, I’ve strived to shed light on what led up to this tragedy, which had been a tightly guarded family secret for over seventy years. After the murders, Ingeborg was taken into custody and the reader follows her journey through court, prison and ultimately, a mental facility. Throughout the story, Ingeborg fights for forgiveness and refuses to lose the love of her life. Will her husband ever answer her prayers and take her back?

“Maria Bouroncle takes us deep into a story of real-life murder to show us the humanity – even love – behind the crime. A riveting read – haunting, atmospheric, and ultimately, heart-breaking”, writes Manil Suri, author of bestseller The Death of Vishnu.

Please email me at maribouroncle@hotmail.com if you're interested!
All the best, Maria Bouroncle

You're a wonder and I'd like to pay it forward to other authors too - but I can only post reviews at Goodreads currently as I'm still too new that even reviews on my own purchases on Amazon are still under review.

I've sent you my ebook As Angels Arise via your email for a review, but it also means that you will need to first read the first book in this Beacon Trilogy When Spirits Beckon to be able to fully follow the narrative - Book 1 can be read in full at Wattpad (https://www.wattpad.com/story/3174395...).

Just to give you a quick synopsis - the trilogy is about beings in the Afterworld trying to manipulate us in the living realm by offering advanced tech. Why? Because of an overpopulation crisis in the Afterworld - and the only fix is to slow the numbers dying in the living realm.

message 45: by Gail (new)

Gail Daley | 63 comments Hi Cassie
I have a new book coming out on April 30, that I would love reviews on: The Arcadian Web. Although it is a science fiction, it is in the crime genre:
A lone investigator finds himself in trouble up to his neck when he uncovers the murder of an old friend.
The illicit drug business followed man when he colonized new planets, creating deadly new drugs with new names like Love Potion.
Whether it was Karma or just plain bad luck, trouble has dogged Cosimo’s footsteps all his life. Fictional secret agents never had the kind of ill luck Cosimo Bedingfeld has. His job as an undercover investigator for the HIVE is interesting, even exciting, but somehow he always ends up hip deep in a pile of dung.
When his mother arranges for him to meet Abigail Trelawney, he finally has a chance at happiness, but can he overcome his past mistakes to take it?
If you are interested, I will send you a link to download a free copy in any format you prefer.
