As most of you will know, Rivka has ended her long tenure as head Librarian, and I’ll be stepping in to guide moderation and support growth of the Librarian Program.
A quick introduction — my name is Jaclyn and I’m the Program Manager of both Goodreads Help and now also the Librarian Program. Over my almost eight years at Goodreads (and almost a decade as a Goodreads member), I’ve focused on community growth and ensuring members have access to the knowledge they need on Goodreads. Added to this, I’ve also focused on shelving almost two thousand books to my personal Goodreads account, and on not getting too distracted by looking at books on Goodreads during work at Goodreads — not an easy feat!
I look forward to working with you to improve the Librarian Program to benefit all members and our valued Goodreads catalog.
Joining me are four experienced Goodreads Experts who will answer questions and help organise the group: Mónica, Kay, Angelique and Bri. They’ll be identifiable by the ‘Librarian Moderator’ title next to their name when posting within the Group.
