The discovery of Sara Harper’s true identity leads Bree and Matt to her father Earl’s house here they meet with him and her brother Rowdy. They also interview their adjacent neighbors, Joe Marcus and Zachary Baker. Did you find any of them suspicious at the time? Why or why not?

~Melissa~ | 429 comments For sure the Harper's were suspicious. The dad seems to have a trigger temper. The neighbors didn't really get on my radar

Robin (robinmy) | 2450 comments It seemed like Sara's father and brother didn't care if she was missing or dead. They had written her off. I wasn't suspicious of Joe Marcus at all. Zach had been Sara's friend or boyfriend when she was younger. I wondered if he could have been jealous of her dating Eli (or Brian) and killed them.

Lauren (laurenjberman) | 1808 comments The killer's POV was that of a younger man, so I ruled her father out. To be honest, Rowdy was simply not intelligent enough to be the killer, so I narrowed it down to Joe and Zachary.

Joe was the stronger suspect simply because of his physical appearance - he seemed the type to resent better-looking kids. Zachary had already been Harper's boyfriend, and I didn't get the same anti-social vibe from him.

I zoomed in on Joe and Zachary but hadn’t yet assembled any clues to distinguish the two.

I dismissed Earl and Rowdy for reasons similar to yours, Lauren.
