Hey! For those that celebrate gift giving, and not necessarily Christmas, at this time of year.

Now, I know we ALL got either a book or a few books, for the holiday season! So, what did you get???

Martha (marthas48) | 767 comments No books yet, but a gift card to Barnes & Noble from my Special Olympics athletes. This is my last year as head coach & they surprised me with this and some other things at our Christmas dance. I love them so much!! One man kept coming up and hugging me and saying how much he would miss me. I reminded him I’m not going anywhere, just won’t be head coach. They sure helped make this a special year. Haven’t decided what I’ll get yet.

Yes. Ever since the kids were little, we have shared a list of 5 things we really want. See, my husband bought me a stationary bike and a vacuum for christmas our first year married. He paid dearly for his errors, so to nix the confusion on what was an appropriate gift, I give him a list of appropriate gifts.

Now, he knows me so well.... Humph
