Saw it at our local library in 4th grade. I'm currently re-reading it, since I crave some nostalgia
The main books were:
The Start:
Valley of the Dinosaurs (1st grade)
Junie B. Jones and the Stupid Smelly Bus (second grade)
Vampires Don't Wear Polka Dots (second grade)
The Advancement (getting older):
Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone (3rd grade)
Athena the Brain (third grade)
Among the Hidden (third grade)
The Obsession (full on book nerd):
Cinder (fourth grade)
The Hunger Games (fifth grade)
The Lightning Thief (fifth grade)
aaand here i am, in high school, and still in love with reading

First book i bought was from a 2nd hand store. Leviathan, by Paul Auster. I struggled reading it as it was my first book, it was in english (not my native language), and ended up being from a genre i now know i don't like, haha. But thanks to that book i learnt/became able to read from 5 pages per day to 10 per hour (i'm not a fast reader)

It was the most well written book out of the hunger games books in my opinion. I would highly recommend!! I was also a teen but it was the book that got me into reading
