Read two books that look alike - Book 1

The first book I read this year was Lessons in Chemistry by Bonnie Garmus.

This books seems to be everywhere and it was on the longest hold at the library! I liked all the chemistry and science parts of it. Reminded me of all the classes I took in college. I don't usually like books with precocious children, but I loved Mad. And Six-Thirty! I could take another prequel type book just about Calvin Evans and his life.

I got riled up with all the misogony and discrimination. If you did as well, a book I would recommend is Fight of the Century: Writers Reflect on 100 Years of Landmark ACLU Cases.

Anyone else read Lessons in Chemistry yet?

I haven't read it yet but it sounds really good.
