Robin, Max and Deb are sent to Afghanistan on a rescue mission that goes seriously bad right at Thanksgiving. Gina and Joan show up at Robin’s home in Boston to hold what’s known as a traditional vigil with the wives of other SEALs as they wait for news about their fate. Your thoughts about this scene and the tradition?

Lauren (laurenjberman) | 1803 comments I loved how they all turned up to support Robin. It's one big supportive family and it was great to see some of the characters we hadn't seen in a while.

Sharon Kallenberger Marzola | 3474 comments I loved that the women included Robin in their support group. I love this team and they way they all support the people at home and on duty.

I loved seeing some of the other characters too.

I found it pretty special, too. It reminded me in a lot of ways of how military families bond together (I’m a military brat). It was wonderful that the wives included Robin. It has to help.

Sharon Kallenberger Marzola | 3474 comments It would be too sad if Robin sat and worried alone. I'm glad that this camaraderie and support were included.

And, if left alone, this might have been the thing that had him turn to drinking again.

Sharon Kallenberger Marzola | 3474 comments I was thinking that too. I loved how Jules trusted him to not slip.

Very special scene and I think it went a long ways toward soothing Robin's fears. He came to see that he's now part of a "family" who will always have his back.
