At the last minute, Robin has Cosmo’s mother Lois walk him down the aisle. What was the significance of that? In what ways was President Bryant’s attendance significant?

Robin (robinmy) | 2450 comments Robin doesn't have much family and his father did not come to the wedding. He is close to his sister and Cosmo, and sees Cosmo's mother as part of his family.

The President's attendance signifies his support for Gay Marriage and that he considers Jules one of his top law enforcement men.

Lauren (laurenjberman) | 1803 comments I agree with both of Robin's points.

Sharon Kallenberger Marzola | 3474 comments I agree too.

Ditto! When Robin saw how Lois helped Linda Cassidy decorate their bedroom, it occurred to him that she was just as much a mother to him as she was to Jane. It was a wonderful moment.
