There’s a book called Never Ever Getting Back Together (haven’t read it yet and I don’t know what it’s about but it’s worth checking out bc of the Taylor reference)
My Epic Spring Break(up) has Taylor references and the main character is also a Swiftie :D
Summer of Broken rules has a lot of them!!These violent delights as well but it’s a bit more subtle.
‘Kiss her once for me’ is a sapphic romcom and the love interest is a massive swiftie!

also the summer i turned pretty series is a good one
i dont remember if TVD has any direct quotes or mentions of taylor, but i know Chloe loves taylor and was inspired by a lot of her songs when writing it - so her books and characters always just remind me of taylor songs
