Part of Thea’s resentment is based on her feelings of being unfulfilled beyond her role as wife and mother. How did she get there?

Sharon Kallenberger Marzola | 3474 comments Thea felt like she gave up her career for the role of wife and mother, even though Gavin never asked her. I didn't understand why she decided to do that. It would be the perfect past time while Gavin was on the road or training.

I felt the same way, Sharon. I think she was angriest at herself and transferred it all to Gavin. Shame on him for not seeing how the wives treated her and for not noticing his wife was unfulfilled. But! Thea needed to speak up for herself.

I wonder if Liv hadn’t been in her ear Thea might have handled the situation differently.

Sharon Kallenberger Marzola | 3474 comments Jonetta,

I think Liv was very good at stirring the pot and making Thea question her relationship.

It was so selfish. She really wasn’t focused on Thea and what was best for her.
