It does not really matter that much, but I personally would not recommend reading the read scrolls of magic next. I read all 6 of the mortal instruments before I read the infernal devices, but I have been told that it is better to read them in publication order.
Red Scroll of Magic came out years and years after The Infernal Devices and The Mortal Instruments, and it doesn’t really add a whole lot to the over arching story. because of the time gap in publishing there are not really any references to Red Scrolls in Fallen Angels, and I feel like it would pull you out of the story or confuse you more than it would add to the story.

here is a great timeline of all the books, you can choose to view them in chronological or publication order. It also shows novellas but those are not important to you rn.
