What book did you read with two languages? Are they both real? Or made up?

Currently reading Women Talking

I just finished reading A Gentleman in Moscow by Amor Towles, which I loved by the way.
Given that there are a number of languages in this book, I'm thinking I can use this one for a book featuring 2 languages. Thoughts?

This evening I finished Claire Jimenez's WHAT HAPPENED TO RUTHY RAMIREZ. This was a 3*** read for me. The last chapter was WOW!!!
