This year has been pretty rough on my family so far. In all the chaos of taking care of others, I've been reminded of the importance of also taking care of yourself. Choose 1 option.
Required: State the option.
Option 1: Peloton
I'm a huge fan of my Peloton. Even if I only do a 20-minute workout, some type of movement in my day is a must! Leaderboard hashtags are a fun way to connect with other Peloton users and share love for favorite instructors. Some of mine are:
#BYOE,
#CalliesKillaCrew,
#WeRide4Leanne, and
#RKSolidCrew
Choose ONE hashtag and read a book by an author whose initials (all of them) can be found in that hashtag.
Required: State the hashtag.
Option 2: Paint-by-Numbers
I've always loved art, but I've mostly only looked at it rather than created it myself. But, lately, I've developed a relaxing evening ritual of making a cup of tea, listening to an audiobook, and working on a paint-by-numbers painting.

Option 3: Cooking
Being in the kitchen has always been fun, but after my son's recent T1D diagnosis, I have been spending time experimenting with new, low-carb recipes that the whole family can enjoy.
