Why is it that Cyrus is able to tell if Alizeh's lying or not? Does he have a nosta too? Or do you guys have any other theories?

I assumed his magic lets him know if she’s lying rather than him having a rare nosta too. He’s very skilled at magic and we’re not sure what he’s all capable of.
