Eliza | 44 comments Any books (alien/fae or otherwise) where the two MC are not physically attracted to each other initially, but eventually get over it?

Similar to Radiance or Dark River

Not a huge YA fan, but not opposed.

A Demon and His Witch (Welcome to Hell, #1) by Eve Langlais A Demon and His Witch

This one might fit. The leading male is attracted to EVERYONE. So I don’t think his flirting really has any weight. And our leading woman was betrayed by her last bf so she’s not looking for anything and not attracted to them. She also works for Lucifer who always flirts with her so this demon doesn’t seem any different than her boss for which she loathes.

Also you have Darkfever (Fever, #1) by Karen Marie Moning Darkfever on you To Read shelf. That one may also fall into what you’re looking for

Cheesecake well, this is a tough book, but pretty amazing. And the MCs find each other pretty darn ugly for half the book. There's no attraction till they get to know each other. The Last Hour of Gann by R. Lee Smith

Eliza | 44 comments The last hour is one of my favorite books :)

Cheesecake Planet Zero by Lydia Hope I just finished this one and for a the first half, he thinks the worst of her and she is kinda scared of him. It's a long slow burn for romance, but I LOVED it!

minnemoo | 1 comments Seconding Planet Zero.

Maybe Ensnared (The Spider's Mate, #1) by Tiffany Roberts by Tiffany Roberts to some degree? I wouldn't say the MCs found each other unattractive, but they both definitely though the other "strange" at the start (especially on her end because well...the guy's a spider alien lol).

Laney | 12 comments Hi Eliza-
MCs not physically and/or sexually attracted to each other, at the start of the book, is one of my favorite troupes. Wish it was easier to find these types of books with a list or tag. Feel free to let me know if these exist on the site. Unfortunately, many of the enemy to lovers or strangers to lovers tagged books start off with the MCs physically and sexually attracted to each other.
After reviewing your list of books, below are my suggestions. I also recommend some of the ones (The Last Hour and Radiance) that were posted above by others. I'm excited to check out the recommendations I haven't read yet. Thanks for asking this question.
Hyacinth (The Bellamy Sisters, #2) by Minerva Spencer
Bad Alpha (Sweet Omegaverse, #6) by Kathryn Moon
Pathfinder's Way (The Broken Lands, #1) by T.A. White

Laney | 12 comments You're very welcome.
I just remembered another one. I didn't read all the books in the series before reading this one and it was able to stand on its own.

Demon Marked (The Guardians, #7) by Meljean Brook demon-marked

If you have any to recommend, I would love to check them out.
