A secondary plot has Theo taking on the notorious Carson Brothers – sugar mill owners who pretty much hold the small town hostage. He calls in Noah Clayborne to help him take them down. Share your thoughts on the way this played out and the importance to this story. What does this tell you about Theo?

Anita (anitanodiva) | 2953 comments Theo has seen a lot as an FBI agent and these small-town villains were nothing he hadn't seen before. Their statements to everyone about the status of the mill were easy to disprove. Theo is getting involved with this community and taking on their problems as his own and fighting for them.

Robin (robinmy) | 2450 comments Theo is a smart attorney and willing to help the people in the town that were too poor to hire their own attorney.

Sharon Kallenberger Marzola | 3474 comments It tells me that Theo found his place. He was determined to get these thugs out and give the town piece of mind. He found peace and happiness here.
