Things go downhill quickly at the mansion where the women are held hostage as it’s soon clear they’re prisoners of Monk and an unseen woman companion but haven’t a clue why. What were your thoughts at this point? Who was the actual target? What did these three women have in common? Share your thoughts.

I was really concerned about all the wires and suspected they were going to be held. At this point we didn't know Jill was alive, but I strongly suspected she was the mysterious woman. All three women were wealthy and as it turned out, someone wanted them all dead. The whole setup was really elaborate for a Monk hit.

I assumed that Jill didn't die in the car wreck years ago, so I thought she was Monk's unseen girlfriend. I didn't know why the other women were targeted but I figured that Carrie was the primary target.

I didn't think about Jilly yet. I was surprised that Monk was working with a partner,

I knew Carrie was the target. Initially, I thought the other women were collateral damage because they saw Monk holding the Utopia sign. It wasn't long before we knew the Judge was part of the plan.
