My favorite scene was at the police/fire station and the older sheriff having a heart-to-heart with John-Paul. He finally decides to leave, but can't quite drive away, then Avery drops down from the fire escape. I just loved that scene.

That was a good scene, Anita.

I liked this book, especially when John Paul and Avery were on the run from Monk.

I loved that scene too. It is when they both start to believe their feelings for one another.

One part that made me laugh was Avery's co-worker, Mel Gibson. Their little group of "forgotten" employees worked well together.

I loved them too! It would be wonderful if we saw them in another book.
