It's come to our attention that some book records are not being fully merged when a duplicate book's classification status is set to "Deleted". To prevent this, we've updated our guidelines for merging, found in the the Librarian Manual article for Combining, merging and separating editions.
Please review this article if you're a Librarian who performs merges. In particular, the the steps to follow when merging.
