After Eric is killed, his wife Nina is revealed as the “demon”. She drove her husband mad to get revenge against Walker’s family. Was Nina ever a viable suspect on your list? Why or why not? Share your thoughts.

Anita (anitanodiva) | 2953 comments I thought that Nina was just a voice in Eric's head.

Robin (robinmy) | 2450 comments Me too, Anita. I didn't think she was real.

Jessica | 156 comments Ohhhh that makes so much sense! I was wondering how she could be following him and whispering in his ear if she is an invalid. Nina did kill herself in the end out of guilt or grief? So perhaps she initially put the ideas in her husband's head but he imagined her voice later.

Nina wasn't a suspect for me until it was revealed. I did think she was real, but I felt sorry for her situation after learning about the wreck. Wow! I was blown away that it was her driving Eric mad. How sad since he really loved her. Nina wanted revenge for the wreck and the life it cost her and she used her husband to get it.

Sharon Kallenberger Marzola | 3474 comments Nina was never on my suspect list. I knew she was real because Eric told us initially that he did everything for her when he wasn't at work. He put in the ramps and made the house accessible. She could get around the house's first floor in her lightweight chair. She could have made a happy life with her disability. Too many people learn how to have a full life after an accident. She wasted the love that Eric offered her.

I didn't realize Nina was the demon until the reveal. She used Eric's guilt about not letting her drive and following Walker to pass the truck. It was sad that so many people suffered because of his error.

I agree, Sharon. Nina wasted her life and while I get that it would be an extremely difficult adjustment to make, she chose darkness over light and love. It's too bad she manipulated Eric into helping her.

Sharon Kallenberger Marzola | 3474 comments Sandra, I don't have any patience with people who claim they can't work, play, and enjoy life because of a disability.

I have needed braces and/or wheelchairs since I was three. The technology today, allows a lot of independence. I understand the pain, but not the settling to do nothing. Instead of using her insurance money for revenge, there are wheelchairs, that allow people to stand and be active.

Xee (xeey) | 17 comments i would have loved more insight into Nina. That part , while good in the surprise of the reveal way, felt very sudden and should have been given a few more paragraphs.
