1. Chip definition
A chip is defined as a small piece of something removed in the course of chopping, cutting, or breaking a hard material such as wood or stone.

2. Chip slang definition
British slang for chip is to jeer or criticize severely or to deride or to taunt. Chip is also a West Coast slang term for money.

3, Chipper
A chipper is an occasional recreational-drug user who does not use drugs with the regularity or frequency that is typical of addiction. It is used particularly to refer to occasional users of opiates and tobacco smokers.

4. Potato chips
A potato chip or crisp (British and Irish English) is a thin slice of potato that has been deep fried, baked, or air fried until crunchy.

5. Poker Chips

6. Chocolate Chips
Chocolate chips or chocolate morsels are small chunks of sweetened chocolate, used as an ingredient in a number of desserts, in trail mix and less commonly in some breakfast foods such as pancakes. They are often manufactured as teardrop-shaped volumes with flat circular bases; another variety of chocolate chips have the shape of rectangular or square blocks.

7. CHiPS tv show
CHiPs is an American crime drama television series created by Rick Rosner and originally aired on NBC from September 15, 1977, to May 1, 1983. It follows the lives of two motorcycle officers of the California Highway Patrol (CHP). The series ran for 139 episodes over six seasons, plus one reunion television film in October 1998. It starred Erik Estrada as macho, rambunctious Officer Francis ("Frank") Llewellyn "Ponch" Poncherello and Larry Wilcox as his straitlaced partner, Officer Jonathan ("Jon") Andrew Baker.

8. CHips Film
CHiPs is a 2017 American buddy cop action comedy film written and directed by Dax Shepard, based on the television series of the same name created by Rick Rosner. The film was released on 24 March 2017, by Warner Bros. Pictures and grossed $26 million worldwide. Unlike the original series, the movie was produced without the cooperation of the California Highway Patrol (CHP) and without a license to use CHP logos.

9. Computer Chips
A computer chip is an integrated circuit or small wafer of semiconductor material embedded with integrated circuitry. Chips comprise the processing and memory units of the modern digital computer. They are made from silicon, a common chemical element found in sand. Silicon is a semiconductor, which means its electrical conductivity falls somewhere between metals like copper and insulators like glass.

10. Goodbye Mr Chips
Goodbye, Mr. Chips is a novella about the life of a school teacher, Mr. Chipping, written by English writer James Hilton and first published by Hodder & Stoughton in October 1934. It has been adapted into two feature films and two television presentations. The story was originally issued in 1933, as a supplement to the British Weekly, an evangelical newspaper. It came to prominence when it was reprinted as the lead piece of the April 1934 issue of The Atlantic Monthly.

11. Chip 'n Dale: Rescue Rangers
Chip 'n Dale: Rescue Rangers is an American animated adventure comedy television series produced by Walt Disney Television Animation. The series premiered on The Disney Channel on March 4, 1989. Chip and Dale are two chipmunks who start a detective agency, Rescue Rangers, along with their friends Gadget Hackwrench, Monterey Jack, and Zipper. The pint-sized detectives deal with crimes that are often "too small" for the police to handle, usually with other animals as their clients.

12. Chip Esten
Chip Esten, is an American actor, musician and comedian.
Esten played the role of country singer Deacon Claybourne on the ABC/CMT drama Nashville from 2012 to 2018, which subsequently kickstarted his own musical career. He also played Ward Cameron on the Netflix teen drama series Outer Banks. He appeared in the improvisation show Whose Line Is It Anyway? as a series regular between 1999–2005 and returned with guest appearances from 2017–2020.

13. Chip Taylor
Chip Taylor was born James Wesley Voight and is an American songwriter and singer noted for writing "Angel of the Morning" and "Wild Thing". He is the brother of actor Jon Voight and geologist Barry Voight and the uncle of actress Angelina Jolie and actor James Haven.

14. Chip Franklin
Chip Franklin is an American liberal talk show host, writer, producer, filmmaker, comedian and musician. He has hosted radio talk shows since 1994 to 2021 from Washington DC to San Francisco, on WMAL, WBAL, KOGO and most recently on KGO San Francisco. Franklin is the winner of the National Edward R. Murrow award for writing

15. A. A. Chips
AA chips are small, round tokens that are given to people in recovery. They signify how long a person has been sober and serve as a physical reminder to take one day at a time. Although AA sobriety chips are not a mandatory part of the 12-Step Program, it's a common practice to use them and it's a part of AA culture. The first chip is given after a person has remained sober for twenty-four hours, this is the silver chip. A red chip is given for thirty days (one month) of sobriety. A person will receive a gold chip for sixty days of sobriety (two months).
