How Wolves Change Rivers

Again, amazing! I went to Yellowstone a few years ago and it was lovely. I had hoped to see a wolf, but no luck (though I did see a mother grizzly and her two cubs, in addition to a plethora of elk and buffalo).
I've read in many articles that human's 'war' against the wolves greatly changed ecology, for the reasons the video mentions. We need predators! I did watch another documentary about the wolf release in Yellowstone that also presented the other side of the story. A rancher couple that lived near Yellowstone have had many of their dogs die in wolf attacks, and it was really hard to watch them crying for their pets. However, wolves have a very important part to play in nature.
