Whether you do or not, would it be acceptable for someone to pull them from your face, call them a crutch and tell you to just LOOK harder? This is endless for those of us with various disorders who struggle to emulate social norms.

My life has been an alphabet soup of complex dysfunction driven by ‘Monkey Mind’ – an impulsively expressive inner critic that thrives on fear and shame and douses every spark which threatens to burn brightly in my heart. The only treatment is hopeful mindfulness.

The only treatment for complex dysfunction is to eat the alphabet soup before it eats you. Be Right Back is my first sloppy slurp at digesting an intractably disordered mind.

Enjoy the walkabout – and take along coffee.

Multiplication can be the most positive action of course.

Of her busy life, I wish to be a component.
Of my overall positive aura, she’s indubitably a factor.
She raises my excitement to an excessively high exponent.
If her feelings are imaginary, she’s a damn good actor.

‘Tis up to my muse to alter her value
… Shall you?!
