While tracking the limousine to confirm his findings, Evan inadvertently gets the attention of local police providing protection along the route. He enters into a cafe and then choreographs how he’s going to escape them, outlying the plan to them. He escapes but it puts him on the Secret Service radar. What did you make of his error and later escape? Do you believe this ultimately undermined his mission?

From this point forward, Evan not only was executing his plan but working hard to outwit and evade Judd (Orphan A) and his merry band of criminals. It was such a little mistake but one he should not have made. It was impressive how he choreographed those moves in his head and executed them flawlessly. I also noticed how hard he worked to not permanently hurt law enforcement.

Yes, he was very careful not to injure the cops who were just doing their jobs.

That mistake seemed uncharacteristic of Evan, but he did recover and adjust as necessary.
