Hi Dagmar! There should be a GR+ (not Amz) round opening soon. I participate in those rounds because I also can't review on Amazon.

It's another place you can buy books like Amazon. Authors who are wide have their books on kobo, Barnes and noble, in addition to amazon, just not in KU.https://www.kobo.com/
I think this is a great idea, not just because of the amazon spending limit, but also just to get more activity and reviews for the other platforms like kobo!
Yes, the GR+ rounds are where you post your reviews to GR and another review site (but not Amazon.) So when I review there, I typically see if the author has their book on BookBub, Storygraph, LibraryThing, Barnes and Noble, Kobo, and then post to my socials as well.
