Happy March!
I am looking for a catchy title for a counseling guide about reducing stress/anxiety through relaxation techniques. Right now, I just have the working title “Stress Busters,” but it is already in use in the school counseling world, so I need something more original. Please, please shoot me your best ideas on a catchy title for a counseling guide on anxiety/stress reduction techniques. Thanks! Stephanie

I got here late, I guess. I would go with something more like "Choosing the Mellow Life" - something to do with Mellow. Having a lot of stress in my life right now and sure wish I could relax. Worry tends to do me in.
