Vincent Darlage | 907 comments I am looking for an additional moderator for this group. Would anyone be interested?

Don't worry, I'm not going anywhere, but having multiple moderators is a good idea.

Vincent Darlage | 907 comments LOL. Not much. It's rare to get more than a few people on here in a month that aren't the same 3 to 6 persons.

If someone gets out of line, I guess we could banish them, but I've never seen anyone here get anywhere close to that - no one really argues or gets heated. Everyone stays pretty much on topic.

You can add reading challenges or books to the bookshelf, or list a book you (or the group) is reading.

Mostly I just keep the discussions going and occasionally give a link to here on various social media if it seems appropriate. Of course, any member can do that.

It's not all that time consuming at the current volume. For various reasons, Jim is not able to really contribute, and he suggested I find someone, because if I get hit by a bus, there'll be no one in charge here!

Let me know, and I'll make you a moderator!

Is there a secret moderator handshake?

Of course! In the spirit of REH's James Allison series, it's a past-life handshake. We agree to meet in a past-life and shake hands as our previous selves, preferably as some kind of barbarian warrior.
