Christabelle (christabelleallestad) | 148 comments How’s summer going? We just got back from camping and haven’t gotten much reading in! Anyone have anything good set up for June?

Ian | 92 comments Man, work has been keeping me worn out.

I have a couple interesting things coming up.
1. Siddhartha by Herman Hesse as a Book my brother said changed his life.
2. I am going to be borrowing a seminary textbook from a seminary student at my church. I hope to read an intro to hebrews text book.
3. I am wrapping up Calvin's Commentary on Joshua.
4. The Road by Cormac McCarthy is my Pulitzer Prize winner.

I am current at 58 of the 104. So on track but with a couple tough topics to find books for.

Christabelle (christabelleallestad) | 148 comments Did you find Siddhartha as inspiring? I keep looking through the Pulitzer Prize winners and having trouble making a decision! I’m still slinking my way through Sense and Sensibility, but I like to listen aloud and we’ve had a whole houseful! I am thinking of going through The Body Keeps Score since I received yet another recommendation. Then I’ll work on finishing my others in progress.

Christabelle (christabelleallestad) | 148 comments Congrats, by the way, on 58 books! That’s really inspiring.

Amber Thiessen (amber_thiessen) | 69 comments Yes, great work Ian!

I'm finishing up my last assignment for the summer semester so my focus hasn't been on the challenge as much. I started The Collected Poems of C. S. Lewis: A Critical Edition but poetry isn't my favourite, so it's a slow go.

The Body Keeps Score is really good if you have time and interest.

Chris Martin (martincr70) | 9 comments I finished The Outsiders. I am sloooowly working through Classical Music 101, I'll also be reading The Coddling of the American Mind, The Gospel Comes with a House Key, and The Color of Compromise this month.
