This is where you can share your ideas/opinions about challenges!

So, generally, we do one-month challenges around the year. We also have a yearly challenge running this year.

Now, we want to understand how & what kind of challenges you will prefer, as a member. We want to create challenges that will work for you & not against you.

So, I am sharing some pointers below on which you can express your opinions freely. Please know that each & every idea is welcome, however unimportant it may feel to you. So, please feel free to share!😄

1. Type of challenge:-
--> Do you like engaging challenges or simple ones? By engaging we mean, the ones which keep you engaged in reading, throughout the duration of the challenge. A simple challenge will be the one which allows you to read at your own pace & still complete it within time.

2. Duration of the challenge:-
--> We can have weekly, monthly, bimonthly, quarterly & yearly challenges. We can also have an open-ended challenge where the participant only needs to complete the challenge, no matter how much time it takes. What do you prefer to participate in?

3. Difficulty level:-
--> What kind of difficulty level do you like? An easy challenge would be open-ended & will allow you to read according to your liking. A good challenge will be based on some prompts & criteria needed to complete to qualify the challenge. A difficult one would ask you to explore more, find books based on prompts, go out of your comfort zone to read & will have a fixed timeline to complete.

4. Themes:-
--> Now, this is where you can share YOUR ideas for the fun themes & concepts we can keep our challenges based on. We sometimes have many good ideas to explore but sometimes we need help, & since this involves the group, we are open to your recommendations.

These are the general pointers, but you can add anything else you'd like to!
