Erin This is more dystopian/sci-if but I read the first book of the Legend trilogy (Marie Lu) and enjoyed it. Content warnings are mostly violence, romantic themes, and one scene that includes underage drinking- 12+.

Astra Shinestar | 18 comments Legend is great, totes should read the whole "trilogy" and Rebel, it's worth it. BTW, bit more... romantic in Prodigy

I remember reading a few chapters of it a while ago but not being able to finish it. I did read warcross by marie lu recently and decently enjoyed but I read it for school so my judgement was definitely a bit clouded. Legend has been on my tbr for ages though.
