Use that and make sure the file is in cmyk NOT rgb (this caused over an hour of frustration on my end).
Make sure the cover fits onto that form using the specs (for spine sizing etc..) they provide. Submit the WHOLE image (including all the excess white space) as the cover.

This sounds like par. Fortunately, I decided to pass on IngramSparks.
Draft2Digital offers almost identical services without all the headaches. Wishing you the best.

generally, I have an artist with the tools and experience to do my covers. Ingram has some tools to help determine cover size, however, the width of the spine has to be determined after the manuscript is formatted and your paper stock is determined.
their web interface does suck, and their support is not great, however, I've experienced similar support issues with other vendorsm

They sent it back after a visual inspection saying the front and spine were missing but I uploaded a PDF that was made to specifications. I can't get anything but an automated reply
My cover artist, hopefully, working to fix it. He didn't use the template so I'm wondering if that is it.
Update: I was able to get it working by putting the PDF and template onto photoshop. I used a video on Youtube. It was approved the next day! Thank you everyone!
