What's the Name of That Book??? discussion

I don’t remember much of the book but I remember distinctly the Princess had a bad foot. Idk how to describe it?? Like the author would mention it a lot that her foot was deformed or something I don’t remember. Also I remember she was with this man who killed his wives. I think her maid was named Judith. I’m not sure. Does anyone have any ideas?

Also read it during middle school so maybe 4 or more years ago. I remember the author was female

The Frog Princess series by ED Baker? She turns into a dragon later in the series.

Handbook for Dragon Slayers. She has a clubfoot and her best friend and servant is Judith.
