I plan to read but I'm picking up the book Monday so am not quite sure if it's silver or just gray. Also which I know is lavender.

I haven't found a silver book in my stash, but I did find lavender!

This isn't my cover, but I can't find my cover. Mine has a lavender house, lavender title and author name, and tons of lavender flowers. It's really very pretty. Wish I could share the picture! Let me know if it won't count since there isn't a picture available on GR.

I'm betting it's this one. I found it on a different site. If you can tell me which edition you're reading (year, format etc) I'll find the one you have that apparently doesn't have a picture and add it.

Yes!!! That's the one. It's published by Signet, Penguin Group. I don't really have much info. on it. I don't know if this will help.

It has an ISBN, but when I typed it into GR it did not have the correct book cover. 1-56865-528-2

The good news was Babel's cover was (or supposedly) silver as the top floor in that building was the Silver room. The bad news was it was way way too wordy for me. I loved the character storyline, but skimmed/skipped most of the language stuff.

I think the Hanna will be a less taxing read, Bonnie. I've read the first ten or so of that series.

I know, I love it! I read the first 2 in the series bc they are time travel books. Hoping this is just as good. Light, easy reads for hot weather.

I did read it quickly and enjoyed it- I'll go ahead and read book 2 now which I have in the same bundle. I found Gemma a little weak and immature for a business owner, but I can see they needed to show what a nasty man he was.
