Agent Jack MacAlister is done in by a Youtube video of him casually eating a cheeseburger with partner Alec Buchanan at the scene of a murder. Both men are gruffy having just come off an undercover assignment. Suddenly, Jack’s a rock star in the eyes of John Q. Public but ordered to take time off by his superior. Thoughts on this scene and Jack at this point?

The poor guy was caught on video, probably after some typical "graveyard humor," I liked both Jack and Alec.

That was pretty callous to be eating after killing a man while he is being rolled out. Just very bad optics.

Everyone has to be cautious of the camera phone these days. I thought it was funny. Jack and Alec knew they had to turn the case over to local cops so they enjoyed their burgers while they waited. They didn't think it through.

If you're hungry enough, that takes priority over almost everything else in the "need" category. They definitely weren't thinking clearly.
