After Harrison’s body is found in Prudloe Bay, a man named Paul Larson claiming to be with a security company calls Sophie after finding her card in the dead man’s sock. What was your opinion of Larson? Did you view him as harmless or something more? Were you surprised when his real identify is revealed?

Charlene (charlenethestickler) | 1203 comments I considered him as something more than harmless to call her, but I didn't realize he was so much worse than I had originally imagined.

Robin (robinmy) | 2450 comments I was suspicious of him right away. I couldn't figure out why the police would have given him the information that was on her card or why he was calling her. Then when he started flirting with her and said he had seen her picture online, I knew I didn't like him.

Anita (anitanodiva) | 2953 comments I bought his story, hook, line and sinker. It never crossed my mind he was a baddie. I did think he was being a little heavy-handed in trying to get her to come to Alaska.

Sharon Kallenberger Marzola | 3474 comments I thought he was a reporter and trying to get more information from Sophie. I didn't see a representative of the Police coming on so strong. I never suspected that he was one of the bad guys.

Jessica | 156 comments I knew he was a baddie right away and couldn't figure out why Sophie wouldn't check into him, especially after he tried to talk her into coming up to Alaska. It made no sense. She was a smart reporter. A simple phone call to the police would have verified he was lying to her.
