Chief Jay Lopez is sidelined from the current operation in the Philippines because of his knee injury and agrees to serve as a substitute for Mofo Bickles who was supposed to give a presentation to his daughter Bree’s fifth grade class. He believes he’s made a connection with her teacher, not knowing that she already has eyes for Chief Bickles. Why won’t Brockmann give this man a happily ever after? It’s been years but would you be open to a short story for him?
