Addison :) | 39 comments I am a lover of all Sarah J Maas books, and have read Tog, Acotar and am working on Crescent city . Are there any other book(s) that are similar?

message 2: by Adélie (new)

Adélie I will keep recommending this series until either everybody reads it or until I die: Tairen Soul series by C.L. Wilson.
She is the queen of world building and character development. I love this story.
Great story, world building, adventure, romance/spice, amazing supporting characters, great villains, amazing battles.
And instead of dragons there are giant fire breathing cats with bat wings lol I mean what else do you need.

Lord of the Fading Lands

Lou (luc07) | 16 comments Cruel Prince by Holly Black has fay but it's pretty different in terms of romance compared to Maas (I prefer the Maas romances but it is still rlly good)

Morgan | 23 comments ACOTAR for me, but I am willing to explore new ones as well. I did read Cruel Prince by Holly Black and didn’t like it as much as ACOTAR. Sarah just knows how to write a world ya know?

message 6: by Lou (new)

Lou (luc07) | 16 comments Totally agree with you, the world of ACOTAR is just so much more beautifully written--cruel prince has more edge to the story which some people love more but I'm a sucker for love lol

Britt | 7 comments I suggest the Fever series by Karen Marie Moning!! Great worldbuilding and fantastic characters.
