Anna, Amazon tells me the book is not available in my KU marketplace, the United States (they invite me to subscribe to KU in your marketplace), nor is the print copy available to ship to my location (the U.S.). Is it possible that you (or your publishers) failed to select worldwide distribution in the title set-up? Your book looks fascinating, and I would love to read it. ~~Jocelyn

I have had people from another book club who live in a few other states in the US who have had no issues with purchasing the book, which was shipped to them with no issues. Perhaps it was meant for this year, August.
