This part of our game will focus on both the LOST books (the oldest on the TBR) and the FOUND books (the newest on the TBR).

1. For this game, you will read 10 books.

2. Three (3) must be your oldest or LOST books. Use conditions 1 & 3 for this task.

3. Three (3) must be your newest books since finishing LOST 2022, that is your FOUND books. Use conditions 2 & 4 for this one.

4. For the other four (4), you may choose any of the listed conditions.

1 Rogue (off my audible 10 shelf; meets requirement 3) - finished - 12/18/23 - ugh, I really want to continue this series - i think I have one more in my TBR pile...
2 ** Dark Seduction (off audible 10 shelf; meets requirement 3) - DNF - I couldn't get past the continual use of the term pleasure crime...which I think means rape - but in the hour I listened, it got mentioned no less than about 10 times...
**substituting in I Can See You - off audible 2011 shelf - Finished - 12/25/23 - how have I not tried Karen Rose before!! I think I have one more of this series on my TBL pile and plan on getting more - right amount of romance and suspense (heavy on the SUS and lighter on the ROM)
3 Hour of the Hunter (author from LOST, purchased after LOST book: purchased: August 24, 2010) - Finished - 12/21/23 - this is about the Walker family (series title) - but I found the story barely seemed to touch on the family, so kind of disappointed - pretty typical JA Jance otherwise

4 A Different Blue (author from FOUND, added before FOUND book) - Finished - 11/26/23 - cute but deep read in places; well written; AH continues to be a must-read author
5 Machine Learning: New and Collected Stories (FOUND book; purchased on Oct 3, 2023; published 2017) - Finished - 12/8/23 - solid collection of short stories - i liked that he provided context to when he wrote them; a few i wish he could make into longer stories
6 White Silence (FOUND book; purchased oct 2, 2023; published 2019) - Finished - 12/5/23 - normally I love Jodi Taylor, but this series was just too weird - i'm going to stick with her time police and st mary's books

Mix of Lost and Found
7 Northern Lights (LOST author, purchased after LOST book - Nov 23, 2012) - Finished - 11/25/23 - pretty typical NR romantic suspense - but the ending was wrapped up too quick - 600pgs of building and then everything in a pretty bow in the last 30 pages
8 The Do-Over (FOUND book, purchased July 23, 2023; published 2022) - Finished - 12/2/23 - this hit all my happy buttons and was a quick read
9 In This Moment (FOUND book, purchased July 24, 2023; published May 2017) - Finished - 12/3/23 - semi-decent, but i felt like the ending needed just a bit more
10 Ghost of a Chance (LOST author, purchased after LOST book - 2018) - Finished - 12/2/23 - semi decent mystery, not sure if I will continue the series

**had to change out book 7 - i realized that while I hadn't listened to the audio, I had read the book previously - so substituted for another book that fit criteria
**DNF my book 2 - but substituting another book that meets LOST criteria

pseudonyms - do they work? ie. Gail Carriger that i used for a FOUND book also wrote under G.L. Carriger?

pre-orders - cherise sinclair - that I used for found - has a new book coming out tuesday (the 7th) - but I pre-ordered it before I finished FOUND - can i use it?

I'm finding that lots of authors on both my shelves only had 1-2 books out, or they are a favorite and i've read all their stuff...

Why not! They are still the same person AND books are on your TBR and the point of this challenge is to read *off* your TBR so go for it
