October Subdue the Shelf Roll Requests

edited to fix loop numbers

Wow, Joy! That is amazing!

All the Cabanna Boys, firefighters and even CGI Tom are doing handsprings at the idea of a new Station Master, finally! Train Management is pretty happy about it too and has the tailor on standbye to fit the new uniform.

I will also use the bonus from 09/24 - move forward 2 spaces. That puts me on #90

So sorry, Amy, but you are Ursula's victim this week. After you finish your current book, please move back 3.

Swapped my last book for Anathem, which has 960 pages:
https://www.amazon.com/Anathem-Neal-S...

My book fit the September Tag (tagged LF 8 times) and I get an extra move!! My first time getting this!

I am about to do some emboldening..... Watch me go. And then tell Tom I will be at Northeastern all afternoon and evening.

So just to make sure we are all on the same page, Amy.
1. You landed on 42 and read Crimson Thread.
2. Then you rolled a 1, which takes you to 43, but you used participation points to take you to 45. You are currently reading The Eygpt Game.
3. When you finish the Eygpt Game, you move back 3 (dang unlucky Ursula, so back to 42. Since you have already read Crimson Thread, you will read The Rain Heron instead.
All GOOD!!! Thank you.

Tom appreciates the head's up as he does not want to miss any of your lectures!

Sorry my husband has spine surgery today and I guess I am distracted!!

No worries, Anita. I am amazed at how you can keep up with this game daily as it is. Sending you good vibes for all to go well!

Roll requests 10-4
Cheryl (1)

No worries Anita. I'll do the rolling until you tell me you are ready to return.

Rachel N - don't let Ursula boss you around!

And that's another 6-5 for me *sighs*

If you roll:
1-1: The current leader must move back 3 spaces on their game board and read the book where they have landed next.
Any combination totaling 7: You move 7 spaces and stay on that space, but you may read the book you land on OR one book forward or one book back - - your choice.
6-6: Don't like the book you will land on? You may roll again.
3-1: You get to take pick someone's next move on the board. The admins will use random.org to decide who will be moved. You get to decide which book they must move to next on their game board - - backward or forward -- within a 15 book radius. So you can move your opponent up to 15 spaces back or up to 15 spaces forward to the book of your choosing. Should you be reluctant to move another player ,or if you do not respond to an administrator's request to designate the move, random.org will move the player - odd rolls will move the player backward and even rolls will move the player forward.
2-1: You may use up to 3 of your participation points to move yourself ahead up to 3 spaces.
6-5: You must read a book that's on someone else's board and NOT on your own before you may roll again. (extra note here: you may read the book you land on first and then read the other person's book, or vice-versa. So two books must be completed before you re-roll).
4-4: Receive 4 participation points for the next book you read/review.
2-3 Get an extra "swap" that you may use anytime during the game.
6-4 Earn a surprise advantage to use anytime during the game
