Moss Gunderson crosses paths with Tracy again because he was on the original task force. Knowing how corrupt he’d been during that time, did you believe he’d removed the disk with the tip sheet data from the files? What do you think he was trying to hide at the time? Did you believe he was the one who’d secretly mailed her that disk?

Robin (robinmy) | 2450 comments Yes, I thought he had removed the evidence from the file. When Tracy confronted him at the golf course, I thought he decided it would be in his best interest to return the evidence, so he mailed it to her. I really didn't even think about the possibility that it was someone else.

Charlene (charlenethestickler) | 1203 comments I was on the same path, Robin. Moss Gunderson was such a jerk and a corrupt cop, I was almost sure he was the one.

I was sure it was Moss. This guy was so corrupt that he seemed to be the obvious choice. But I couldn’t figure out why he mailed it back. The disk clearly exposed how he hadn’t done his job. So I continued to struggle with that.

Sharon Kallenberger Marzola | 3474 comments I knew Moss was a bad cop, but I didn't think he mailed the disk. I thought Nolasco had the disk, and didn't want to share it with Tracy directly because of the bad blood between them. In my head, I felt like Nolasco knew something was going on, and he didn't want the disk to disappear.

That was a good theory, Sharon.
