Hi I'm Lauren! I am a brand new, active book blogger. I will be posting daily and am looking to improve and grow my blog. I primarily focus on Young Adult books (my favourite genres are: horror, sci-fi, paranormal, dystopian & fantasy), but occasionally read and review Adult books and Comics/Graphic Novels. I post lists/memes and photos of my books and bookshelves. I plan on (hopefully) hosting some small giveaways in the near future. Drink Coffee and read books is dedicated to book reviews, general book chat, and recommendations. I post reviews on books that are mostly from the Young Adult Genre. I'm a fairly new book blogger and I read a variety of genres. My blog focuses mainly on Young Adult or Teen novels.

My blog is called I read too much! because back when I created it I wasn't aware of the folks who read literally hundreds of books in a year. :-) I still think I read a lot, though.

Anyhow, check it out for reviews, cover reveals, new releases, chapter excerpts and even a few guest posts. You'll also find info about the books I've written, but they aren't the focus of my blog.

Glad you like it, Tracy.

It's fun to blog, not necessarily relaxing, but it's also easy to burn out. I've found that aiming at a core schedule of posts that isn't too taxing keeps it from being overwhelming.

I've learned keeping to the schedule, scheduling posts ahead and keeping to a theme helps.

I'll be starting my blog in August, which I'm both nervous and really excited about, as it will be the first time I've ever done this properly, but I've already got several posts written to start with it.

There will be a lot about books on it, but also other areas which I'm interested in or that I might be able to help others with. I'll post the link to it when I start it for anyone here who wants to take a look. :)
