Hello - there is a deleted record for my book Monster Mishap and I’m not sure why it was deleted so I either need to have a new record created or I need help reactivating the deleted one.

Hi, the Kindle with ASIN B0CB1S24S2 was already here but in deleted status as you say. It was caused by the Crazy Bot imports a few months ago. I've set the edition back to public (visible).

I can see you created an ebook format edition as well. On Goodreads, ebooks with ASIN should be entered as 'Kindle' format. Do you happen to have an ISBN for your ebook book record? Or was it meant to be the Kindle, and you happen to select the wrong format?

It was meant to be the AISN - the ISBN won’t be published for a few more days - I can delete the old record if you need me to?

Ah, that's the thing - authors can't delete book records once they have been created. But librarians can, but only if was meant to be a duplicate of the Kindle.

If you plan to publish wide (outside of Amazon) with the ISBN you mention, it will benefit Goodreads members to be able to shelve the ebook version too.
