Goodreads has 3 author profiles for Selene L. Garrou, but all the books are JAFF. Any reason to think these are separate authors? If not, I'll drop a note in the Librarian's Group.

I think these are all from the same author. She does not have an author page at Amazon. I looked for "Selene" on the JAFF Index and FFnet. No luck.
