We are looking for new mods to join us, to help manage the group activities.
Our requirements are:- We need help with the following tasks. 1. BOTMs 2. Challenges 3. Badges & Awards Creation 4. Other general group tasks.
What do we need from you?:-
1. You should be able to contribute 2-3 hours per week at least. This is just an idea. It can be more or less depending on the work. 2. You should be interested enough to work as a Mod, because it's mostly work & sometimes we have to do it even if we don't want to, so if you aren't interested, please don't apply as it will be a waste of both of our times. It's not something we get paid to do, so interest matters a lot here. 3. You should be able to work as a team with us & be open to ideas. 4. You should be able to get things done on time mostly. We'll be depending on you to complete certain tasks. 5. You should be able to learn a few new things like badge making etc. (if you don't already know how to). 6. We generally want an adult, mature person to join us, as students & teenagers are often busier with other important tasks & that certainly creates problems in the long run. 7. We generally communicate through WhatsApp & a Mod group on GoodReads, We'll prefer to use WhatsApp but if you aren't comfortable sharing your contact, that's fine too. We can use the Mod group to communicate. 8. If you have any prior experience as a Mod, that will be noted :)
What we don't need from you? We don't want you to be an experienced person, even if you are new to moderating, we'll be more than happy to have you with us. Our main focus is to find someone interested enough to work for a long time with us.
