Did you meet your personal reading goals for the year?

Now that we are nearing the end of the year, I am curious :)

Sarah (sarahreadsthethings) I met my goal of just getting back into reading again!! I have read a lot of really great books since then, but it all started with me FINALLY finishing The Song of Achilles…very much worth it, book was so so good once I hunkered down and gave myself time to read 🥹❤️

Hannah DCamp | 7 comments Oof, I have not - I haven't met my Goodreads goal yet (although I'm pushing forward some graphic novels that were on my list, hopefully that helps), I was late on some of my professional reading, and there were a lot of books on my priority list for 2023 that I didn't get to. It was a tough reading year in some ways, but I also read a lot of things I loved - I gave out more 5 star reviews this year then I ever have! But really, any year where I got to read books is a good year, so I'm happy overall 😊

David Sørensen | 2 comments I planned to do at least 10 books a month, i.e. 120 in a year, but it looks it will be another year of 200 books. Will probably keep the

My general reading goals the last couple of years have been to finish more of my physical books and read more science books. Both have been a success to a certain degree. It is, however, difficult to read physical books during winter here, since sunset is around 4 pm; I read a lot while commuting to work.

That being said, I got a lot of reading done during my semester abroad mostly while travelling and would like to keep up the habit! However, trying to cram 4 more books before the end of the year during exams is getting to me.
