Play Book Tag discussion

This is a perfect little time travel story with a wonderful father-daughter relationship. After visiting her father in the hospital. Alice goes out drinking to celebrate her 40th birthday with her best friend. When she wakes up the next morning, it’s her birthday again, but this time she’s in her childhood bedroom and she’s 16. She has a secret party planned, and her sci-fi author dad is going to a comic- con type conference. This is a fairly intimate and low key book compared to other time travel stories, but I really enjoyed it. I loved the characters, the personal exploration of what makes a happy life, and the fun references to other time travel stories.
